The thesis

Marketplaces hit a ceiling. The layer that follows is aggregation, not extraction.

The global freelance economy is projected to reach $5T+ by 2030, growing 17% year-on-year. More than 1.6 billion people work as freelancers worldwide. In Europe alone, the segment exceeds 31 million workers and grows 10% annually.

Yet most freelancers and the companies that hire them remain captive to extractive marketplaces. Malt, Comet, Upwork and others take 10 to 20% commission on every mission. The contract is hostage to the platform.

Mission Freelances is the opposite. We aggregate every mission from the leading sources in each market and surface the direct contact of the decision-maker. The contract is signed directly between freelancer and client. We are the prospecting tool, never the middleman.
